The main busbar adopts large double-fork structure at the head with intermittently distributed welding pads. Head pad size: 1.2 ± 0.15mm * 1.3 ± 0.15mm; middle pad size: 0.8 ± 0.15mm * 1.0 ± 0.15mm.
Rear Side (+): Equipped with composite passivation layer of alumina and silicon nitride. The rear electrode consists of 10 composite main busbars and 160 aluminum sub-busbars. The composite main busbars are partially narrowed with widths of 1.5 ± 0.3mm and 1.0 ± 0.3mm respectively. It adopts 8-segment 1.45 ± 0.3mm silver rear electrode with no laser groove underneath. The rear electrode is round-headed with 1.5 ± 0.6mm hollow-out design at both ends.
