Adopting self-developed core production equipment and mature mass production processes, the product possesses complete independent intellectual property rights, achieving full technological autonomy and controllability.

Historic Breakthrough: Fully Silver-free Metallization

The innovative ABC silver-free metallization technology marks a historic breakthrough in the photovoltaic industry. Completely abandoning traditional silver wire gate lines, it fundamentally eliminates the common grid breakage problem of crystalline silicon cells. It also avoids module life attenuation and performance degradation caused by silver wire aging and oxidation, greatly extending the overall service life and long-term reliability of PV modules while maintaining stable and high power generation output.

Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Zhuhai

We have built a world-class intelligent manufacturing base in Zhuhai to support large-scale production of high-performance ABC cells. The 6.5GW ABC production line was officially put into operation in Q4 2022. Covering a land area of about 1,100 mu, the Zhuhai base has a total designed production capacity of 26GW, and has successfully formed a 10GW ABC cell and module supporting production capacity in Q3 2023, providing sufficient and high-quality product supply for global new energy projects.

Broad Future Technology Development Prospects

ABC all-back contact technology has excellent technical compatibility and iterative potential. It can be organically superimposed and innovatively integrated with a variety of advanced solar cell technologies including perovskite, CIGS, CdTe and other thin-film cell technologies. It provides a core technical foundation for the continuous iteration and efficiency upgrade of next-generation high-efficiency photovoltaic products, and empowers the long-term sustainable development of the global clean energy industry.
