In September 2023, during his inspection tour of Heilongjiang Province, General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the concept of new quality productive forces for the first time. To accelerate the development of new quality productive forces in the new energy industry, further advance the development of the new energy system, and support China in achieving its carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the Join Hands for Cohesion · Exploring New-Quality Carbon Pathways Seminar is scheduled to be held in Tongxin County, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from April 12 to 14, 2024 (with full-day registration on April 12).
